About us

We’re a family-run cafe, bakery & restaurant based in Wellington, New Zealand—born out of a love for baking & cooking that blossomed into a small business during the uncertain times of lockdown. What started in our home kitchen has grown into something bigger, and we’re excited to now welcome you to our physical Cafe, Bakery, & Restaurant space at

4 Chews Lane, Wellington Central.

Here, we serve more than just our signature cakes and handmade breads—we also offer fresh coffee, hearty breakfasts, and comforting lunches, all made with care. Our kitchen remains both our sanctuary and our creative workshop, and every item we serve reflects the warmth and heart behind our story.

Faithful Flavours began as a simple idea—to bring joy and comfort through food during uncertain times. What started as home baking to lift spirits has grown into a heartfelt pursuit of hospitality and flavour.

Today, we’re more than a bakery. Nestled in the heart of Wellington at 4 Chews Lane, Faithful Flavours is now a café and restaurant serving fresh coffee, breakfast, lunch, cakes, pastries, and artisan bread—all made with the same love and care that started it all.
